the show sadly didn't go on. I've since heard it said that it didn't happen due to 'idiots' behind it... hmm, dunno 'bout that, I was stood not far away from it (maybe I was one!) and I distinctly heard someone in the crew saying summat about 'batteries not being charged' so ... Definitely worth seeing when it goes though!

Back at the hall the party went on late into the morning, but I ambled back to me chalet at something around the 4am mark, feeling slightly worse for wear, and was briefly awoken by at around six by Cowboy and his mate whose name I've forgotten as they staggered in giggling. I woke up then a couple o' three hours later when the smell of feet got too overbearing. Oh well, I had a trike to photograph that morning anyway so the early start was probably a good thing... probably.

This year's Bum was raising money for Help For Heroes, a very worthwhile cause, and so far the total amount is £2220, but Fat Maggot (www. fatmaggot.com) still has a few rally t-shirts available so please contact them if you missed out. The dates for next year's bash, Bum In The Mud 7, will be the 29-3ist April and tickets will be on sale from October from www.buminthemud.co.uk »5

Piglet and Nick would like to thank all the crew and mates who helped out to make this year's event one of the best yet. Also a big thank you to everyone that attended this year and hope to see you all again next year.
