7. Starter motor

•Connect the battery (12V) to the starter motor cable (?) using the jumper lead (2)*.

8. Starter relay

•Disconnect the starter relay coupler (Blue/ White and Black). •Connect the starter relay coupler (Blue/White (4) and Black (6)) to the battery (12V).

A WARNING

•A wire for the jumper lead must have the equivalent capacity as that of the battery lead or more, otherwise it may cause the jumper lead to be burned.

•This check is likely to produce sparks, so be sure that no flammable gas or fluid is in the vicinity.
