•Apply lithium soap base grease to the O-rings. •Install the tappet covers with its ridge facing upward.

Reverse the "ENGINE REMOVAL" procedure. Note the following points.

Securely support the machine so there is no danger of it falling over.

1. Install: •Engine assembly

•Engine stay © (front-upper) •Bolt (2) (front-lower) •Engine stay ® (rear-upper) •Bolt (4) (rear-lower)

All mounting bolts should be installed from the right of the machine.

Nuts (engine mounting bolts): 33 Nm (3.3 irrkg, 24 ft-lb)
